Short Breaks cover Friday p.m. to Monday a.m. or Monday p.m. to Friday a.m. |

These prices are fully inclusive of full oil fired central heating and electricity. |
|
A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks before commencement of rental. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before the rental starts, full payment is due. |

Please note that you will not receive a written reminder when your rental is due. |
|
On receipt of your final payment we will forward details of how to find the property and availability of keys. |
|
The hirer is expected to take reasonable care and be responsible for the property and all damage and breakages. |
|
The Cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of hire and must be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure. |
|
We regret that no pets or smoking are allowed in the cottage. |
|
No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings. |
|
Bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday except for Christmas and New Year and short term rentals |
