Booking Conditions
bullet Short Breaks cover Friday p.m. to Monday a.m. or Monday p.m. to Friday a.m.
bullet These prices are fully inclusive of full oil fired central heating and electricity.
bullet A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks before commencement of rental. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before the rental starts, full payment is due.
bullet Please note that you will not receive a written reminder when your rental is due.
bullet On receipt of your final payment we will forward details of how to find the property and availability of keys.
bullet The hirer is expected to take reasonable care and be responsible for the property and all damage and breakages.
bullet The Cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of hire and must be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
bullet We regret that no pets or smoking are allowed in the cottage.
bullet No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
bullet Bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday except for Christmas and New Year and short term rentals
